When you schedule riding times, we will place you on a horse and in a class suited to your ability and experience. The classes offered will meet at the same time each week. Group lessons meet for one hour, on the hour, and contain no more than 6 riders. You may arrive for your lesson early but please allow the whole hour.

$20 per lesson pay in advance
Make up classes for missed lessons will be held

$5 fee per lesson for missed or late payments
Payments may be made by cash or check

We encourage that all riders who sign up for lessons can commit to their riding times. We have made the financial commitment to offer horses, equipment and instructors and we strive to honor and reserve riding times. When people cancel at the last minute, they don’t realize that another rider would like to ride their horse at that time. Members who miss one lesson in a given month will be allowed to make up that missed lesson. We offer no refunds for more than one missed lesson per month. For non-members who miss lessons, their riding time will be replaced by another rider.

Directions
Forest Hill Farms is located on Highway 22, 2 miles West of Fairport, Iowa and 4.8 miles East of Muscatine. Right across from the "Falling Rock" sign, turn North on Forest Lane.

What are the Ages?
We accept riders age 6 and over. Riders must be no shorter than 36" and limited space is available for the little ones. Due to the physical inability of small riders tacking their mounts, we require that the parent or guardian helps with this process. Parents may participate in the orientation class at no additional charge. We can also offer a private tacking assistant at an additional charge.
