from the Quad Cities, this highly improved horse property has over 65,000 square feet of
buildings, including a 216’x116’ indoor arena built extra tall with 19’ side walls, making
it suitable for jumping, double trusses, a 126’ x 54’ annex indoor arena, deluxe office, lounge
and bath, tack room, concession area, 23 box stalls and a separate 400’ x 60’
show barn. World class equestrian events have been held at Forest Hill Farms in the indoor
arena and the outdoor facilities, concession of a 250’ x 180’ lighted sand ring
and two other large sand rings, a 350’ x 180’ Grand Prix grass ring and a
300’ x 180’ Hunter Classic grass ring. All fencing is treated 2" x 6"
boards with treated posts. With ample parking, a beautiful lake and a wooded picnic area,
Forest Hill Farms offers the ideal setting for horse shows, riding camps and would make
the ultimate corporate retreat.
In 2005, the Equestrian Center was improved on the south side of
the indoor arena. The addition includes, 22 stalls (12’ X 12’) with stall
drainage and Stall Skin mats. Feed room with 2 ton capacity bulk grain bin, 2
indoor wash racks with hot water haters in each, oversized school tack room,
private tack room, laundry room, 2 rest rooms with showers in each, full
kitchen, lobby with chandelier, private office, tack store, video room and
upstairs bunk room used for camp, parties and school. Office area includes
central heat and air. Kitchen, baths and wash racks all drain into new and
separate septic tank system. The aisle way is constructed with reinforced
concrete, overhead garage doors and 6 inch drains installed every 20 feet. The
stalls are wired to provide lights and fans and the overhead trusses is equipped
to install a ceiling throughout.

The 60’ x 400’ Show Barn is able to hold 144 stalls,
complete with its own wash racks.
The deluxe horse show offices and concession room overlooks
the outdoor show arenas.
Three outdoor sand arenas; 250’x 180’ lighted Main Arena,
200’x 100’ Secondary Arena and 200’x 200’ Schooling Arena. Two Grass
Arenas; each measuring 350’x 180’.
