The remaining forms can be submitted at a later time by mail. You may bring the medical form when you arrive.  Submitting an application does not guarantee your place in camp.

Waiting Lists
Applications are accepted until each session is filled. When a session is filled, a waiting list is begun for that session. We also require that the camper’s family health insurance provide primary coverage for accidents, illness, and health emergencies requiring doctor, dentist, hospital, and/or clinic care. When a camper’s application packet is sent, a health form is included. This form must be completed and returned to the camp office prior to the first day of camp, you may bring this form with you when you come.

No refunds will apply for students sent home for misconduct. The camp director reserves the right to dismiss any camper who in his/her opinion is a hazard to the safety and rights of others or who has rejected the rules of the camp. No discount of fees will be offered for any reason for registrants arriving late or leaving early during the period for which they are registered.  Registration deposit is not refundable.
