Youth Equestrian School™

A positive impact on today’s youth!

In recent years America has witnessed a deterioration in the social, moral and spiritual fabric of her youth. Besieged with violence, fear, hopelessness and a general sense of indifference, many of our youth are gripped by the uncertainty of their future.

We at Forest Hill Farms believe there is a solution to this dilemma. We firmly believe that it is possible to restore the family, spiritual, and moral foundation upon which this great nation was founded.

Less than two generations ago, most of our youth were taught the principles of high morals, hard work, respect for their fellowman, and honor for God, family and country. These were what we fondly refer to as "the good ole’ days." It was a time when patriotism ran deep and we were proud to be Americans.

Forest Hill Farms is a community dedicated to the restoration of these values. The Youth Equestrian School is one program of Forest Hill designed specifically for this purpose and is also dedicated to helping meet the needs of America’s youth.

Professionals in all aspects of horsemanship train students enrolling in the Youth Equestrian School™ (YES).  Each student also receives personal care and consultation. Vital to YES curriculum is a conferred responsibility to care for and respect people, animals and equipment. Not only do students have fun, they also develop traditional work ethics and family values; not unlike those that helped shape some of the greatest Americans in history.

We believe the end result will be a better young person with a fresh perspective on life, a firm faith in God and a new found confidence and self esteem.

Many people dream of their children or themselves having an opportunity to experience the joy of owning a horse. Horses are proven to have a therapeutic effect on people, whether it is physical, mental or emotional. Due to the costs involved in purchasing and maintaining a horse, many families are prohibited from experiencing their dream. Forest Hills Farms riding school offers a solution to this problem by providing the horses and equipment needed without potential students having to make a major financial obligation or long term commitments.
